Order Queries

We strive to fulfil all orders within 3-5 days, however, October to December is our busiest time of year and custom made and personalised items can take up to two weeks to produce.

If you have a query about your order email us sales@ryderamies.co.uk quoting your Order Confirmation number and we will do our very best to help.

We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours.
